All clients are regarded as autonomous individuals. I will never solicit or convince anyone to book a reading or service with me. I will not contact you unless its relevant to your service or afterwards to follow up. If you do not want to be checked in with at all after your service, feel free to communicate this and opt out at any time. I will never make choices for you. That being said, your growth is completely up to you. I am here to guide with the upmost compassion however, it’s all on you to make the necessary adjustments to better yourself.

Confidentiality: I want my clients to feel comfortable to be open and share anything with me. You tell me as much as you want me to know. All readings and services are completely private. Pictures, documents, and other files for client readings and services are not shared with anyone outside of Sugar Tarot LLC. If you subscribe to my newsletter, your information is completely confidential. I will never give your information to third parties. I will never send out spam and you may opt-out at any time. I may questions regarding your service to simply help me help you even better. Feel free to decline to answer any question asked to you. If you have any boundaries you would like to be enforced please communicate this at any point.

Courtesy: I expect you to extend the same courtesy and respect to me that you would to any service provider such as your doctor, hairdresser, lawyer, etc. Respect my time as I will respect yours. All services except for Emergency Readings require at least 24 hours notice before booking. Please plan accordingly. No reading of mine is mediocre and therefore cannot be rushed to ensure upmost clarity, quality, and in depth interpretation. It is your responsibility to keep up with your reading and inquire without hesitation should there be anything incorrect or unsatisfactory.

Cancellation Policy: There is no deposit required to book a service, so all services are final once booked. There are no refunds. I do understand mistakes happen. You only have the right to a refund if the booking was accidental, made by another person, or without your consent or knowledge. You have up to 24 hours after your confirmation email has been sent to notify.
