2022 Yearly Reading

2022 is the year correlating to the number 6 in Numerology meaning reciprocity, balance, equal, harmony, love, healing, service, community, etc will be prominent things. 2022 is also a Venus year meaning there will be a lot of music released, new artists emerging into stardom, tons of money to be made, & birth of babies particularly baby girls. If you are pregnant yourself or know someone pregnant congrats! If not, expect to hear a celebrity or influencer break the news or welcome a new baby in 2022. This is the year of unions whether it’s coming together with other people or within self. This is the collective version of our limited edition “2022 yearly reading” and includes some predictions made through observation. Love-

Single/Dating- 7 of Wands, 3 of Cups, and Knight of Pentacles rx.

If you’re currently single expect to have your cake & eat it too. This year will remind you just how much you deserve love. Enjoy lots of litt nights out even if it's with just your friends or close loved ones. Lots of dating options coming your way ready to match your energy if you’re interested in entertaining them. This is the year you stand up for yourself when it comes to love and honoring your heart’s truest desires. If you start the year off single you will end it in a healthy relationship. If your love life isn’t reflecting your love for yourself then make some changes because it should. You’re no longer accepting bs from anyone in your life, especially not a lover. I feel like a lot of people will finally decide loneliness is the better option rather than settling. Your standards are increasing and you only enter partnerships where it’s beneficial for all involved. If your love life wasn’t working out for some reason in 2021 expect to see a turn around for the better. Heavy air sign and fire sign energy coming your way. Give the right person a chance.

In a relationship- The High Priestess, Ace of Wands, 4 of Swords.

You and your partner could be revealing a lot more of yourselves to each other. Your spirituality as individuals deepens through intimacy shared together. The High Priestess represents our connection to Spirit & the Divine. You guys will be even more intuitively in sync. I feel like specifically feeling what the other feels, experiences similar events around the same time, etc. It’s giving twin and mirror! If you already haven’t you could be starting something new together too whether that's a new business, passion, hobby, venture, etc that you two start. Whatever it is will take a lot of commitment from the both of you & effort is what’s integral to its success. There will be a lot more conversations, some unspoken through non-verbal cues and your dreams. Particularly the ‘not so nice’ aspects. You’re starting to see your lover as more than just a cute stranger on a subway. You know their habits, routine, fears, things they dislike, etc. This person that you love and admire so much finally has depth. This could honestly make or break your relationship depending on whether you like what you see. Venus in Retrograde will definitely bring some reflection in the relationship. The more you explore you see a good visual of their past and experiences they’ve had before you came into their life. I see more normalcy entering your relationships such as small arguments, arguing like a married couple, disappointments, let downs, love gestures are acts of service, etc. Conflict is normal as long as respect is always there and forgiveness ensues.

Career-

7 of Cups, The Devil, 8 of Pentacles, The Star.

This seems to be everyone’s main focus coming into 2022 and excellent because the stars are on everyone’s side. This is definitely your year in whatever career you’ve chosen to pursue or take seriously. For those of you switching careers and going into a completely new field or trying something new, have faith and continue to trust in your decision because Spirit is definitely on your side for following your heart. This could come in the form of starting new positions, completing degrees, reaching engagement milestones or follower count, getting certified or licensed in whatever your practice is, etc. For those of you buckling down in your current profession I see results coming in  from the work you’ve put in although it may not be how you initially expected. 7 of cups brings lots of options and in this category that can be pretty tempting. But we all know all that glitters is not gold. These opportunities are the ones you’ve been asking for it seems for so long and finally it’s here, but at what cost? You will be presented with opportunities that may advance your career however each of them comes with a price (the Devil). A missed deadline if you work another job or a missed date with your lover. This year will show you exactly how much weight your career holds (or not). Revealing what you lack is meant to be motivating for you to go get more. Your career could easily affect your personal life and vice versa. You will really have to work hard to balance both personal and work this year. The Devil is ruled by Capricorn so Saturn is favorable for creating your legacy for long term success, however it makes it really easy to get caught up in work 24/7 mode to the point where you’re no longer enjoying your life or invested in the people in it. With the Star card, definitely pay attention to your online presence and people you connect with could advance you. This could be your year to blow up and go viral. Posting online consistently and other forms of social media engagement will bring the most revenue in whatever business/field you’re in. Contrary to popular belief, social media stars and influencers aren’t the only people who can gain from social media. Showcase whatever it is you’re doing and I promise you there's a following or online community somewhere specifically in support of that and willing to love your content. 2022 is the year where the majority of people will find their niche or special place.

Finances-

Alright so this is where I’m seeing more of those dark moments. For those of you starting a business or launching something new this year, money may be very tight because you will start to see the expense of funding your own lifestyle and a business from only one income. It’s gonna get to the point where you’re like fuck can I even do this anymore??? And that's the moment you push through and keep going because you choose your vision, your dream over anything else. Don’t lose sight of that. This feeling is temporary of course and normal for anyone starting something new and will ease up so continue to put the work in and worry less. For others, you’re mourning money that did not come as quickly or did not manifest the way you’d hope. A lot of people will be facing new realities when it comes to their finances, good or bad. The cost of living is definitely increasing and for some that may be too high. Escapism and destructive behaviors are used to cope with the reality of bills. Pay attention to your dreams as they are guiding you on what’s a good investment or not. I feel like this pull is a result of partying too hard and waking up to see your account balance in the negatives. It’s definitely time to stack again and find a balance between priorities (bills, rent, groceries) and pleasure (spending money).

Health-

Queen of Wands & King of Wands.

This is an interesting pull as we’re now entering our second full year of the pandemic. King and Queen of Wands are two very passionate, fiery individuals, that can be great leaders, but may struggle allowing others to get a word in. Wand's suit is ruled by Aries, Leo, Sagittarius. A huge update about the pandemic could be coming out during those seasons. Unfortunately if you felt like 2021 was all about COVID in the news/media not much will change sorry. As you can see in the card theres a news station depicted as well as a courthouse. The pandemic and COVID will continue to be prevalent in the media and blogs. The thing is though, this year it’s not just a little debate on channel 12 news, it’s going big like to court! So expect to hear about treatment options, legislation regarding COVID-19 and the pandemic, protocols set in place against those unvaccinated. I also see journalism and legal fields being closer than ever as politics has taken a lead in this conversation (instead of idk science???) so a lot of news stations are concerned with being the first to report new cases and legislation happening with COVID and it’s variants.

Self-

Knight of Swords, The Emperor rx, 2 of Swords, 10 of Wands rx.

A lot of you are thinking of new ways to better yourselves and evolve in 2022. This is the year people take their spirituality and self care practices a lot more seriously and develop routines to maintain them. Knight of Swords can be very obsessive, radical, impulsive even so I feel like if this year will make you love yourself or fall in love with yourself even more even if that wasn’t your initial focus or plan. He has a way of being a trickster at times so you get what you need even if your mind was telling you, you wanted something else. With the Emperor in rx we are definitely moving away from any obligations, responsibilities, people that make us feel small or not our authentic selves. We are abandoning other people’s perceptions of us and sense of control over us. You also in the same token need to choose kindness all the time when it comes to you. Write words of affirmation on your mirror or another place you’ll see them daily. Speak life over yourself. View your failures and faults as just that nothing more, they do not define you. Know that your decisions and what you choose is the only thing that matters. Free yourself from limiting thoughts and a distorted or incomplete view of yourself because thats not you baby.  Unburden yourself. Don’t carry everything with you all the time, because it’s dampens your energy & vibration. Allow things to flow freely this year.  Release control because everything you want, wants you. You do not have to chase, you are now attracting. Use this year to overcome fear, doubts, negativity and release yourself from oppression. Consider this your new beginning.
