Angel Numbers

Angel numbers are a set of numbers usually in 3’s or 4’s that correlate to a specific energy or vibration. You can see angel numbers just about anywhere, but most commonly in the date, time, phone numbers, addresses, license plates, large signs, etc. I’ve also found it very easy to spot angel numbers by doing simple everyday things like cooking or watching tv. Angel numbers are printed on many objects and shown randomly throughout the media even if it’s for a split second. Seeing angel numbers consistently and being able to decode them can be an excellent way to connect with your spiritual team (angels, ancestors, and guides) as they guide you on your life’s journey. Before you can decode angel numbers it’s important to understand the basics of numerology and the vibration of each number and how each digit adds to the overall message you’re being shown.

The angel numbers most commonly seen are 111, 222, 333, 444, 555, 666, 777, 888, 999, 1212, 1111. These numbers are universal, however will mean different things for people depending on when you see them, how you see it, and the overall context of your life at that moment. No one number is “bad” necessarily the same way there are no “bad” astrological placements. We are all seeing similar numbers however general meanings you find online may not resonate for every situation. The online explanations can only do so much. They will not be able to tell you what to do with the information you’re seeing. It’s up to you to remember what each number means for YOU and reference that. Also keep in mind that seeing the same number will not mean the same thing every time. Each angel number you see can have multiple meanings and messages. For example, 555 can correlate to change, but if you’re seeing it right as you’re about to make a mistake, you could be getting warned. It’s all about trusting your intuition and what you feel when you see the number. That's how you’ll always come up with accurate meanings for each one. I recommend writing down a list of all the numbers you see and taking notes on what's happening when you saw it, how you saw it, how many times, or for a long time so that you can begin to build your own angel number definitions.

If you’ve ever gotten a birth chart reading from me, you already know the real angel numbers that are personal and should be most important to you is your birth date and your birth time. For example, I was born on September 24th. Whenever I see the angel number “924” I know it’s for me and it affirms me being on the right track towards fulfilling my soul’s destiny. Other important numbers to take note of would be your birth year, cell phone number, home address, work address, the number of the bus/train you frequently travel, etc.

Numerology

Numerology is the understanding that numerical digits can correlate to live’s events. Numerology is a large umbrella term that includes life path numbers, personality numbers, attitude numbers, soul urge numbers, etc. Often associated with astrology, I’ve found it very helpful in studying numerology as it can be utilized in understanding degree theory. Every number in existence means something and seeing it is never a coincidence in my opinion. Numerology is also used in tarot as each suit has 9 cards in it in addition to the pages, knights, kings and queens. 1-10 in every suit represents a new level, or point in an overall experience. For example, the number 10 represents the ending of a cycle and depending on the suit can indicate great success, loss, divorce/breakup, wealth, or an emotional breaking point. Thats why it’s not just about the digit the context also matters greatly.

Meaning of Numbers

1 – This is the number of originality, leadership and independence. When this number appears it could signal the beginning of something new and original in your life. Brace yourself because something new is happening!

2 – This is the number of cooperation, association and sensitivity to others and could be a sign that you need to cooperate more or be more sensitive to others. Seeing this number repeatedly could indicate a new person entering your life whether romantic, platonic, or even familial.

3 – The number of spirituality, creativity and self-expression. The angels may use this number to show you new avenues of conviviality and creativity.

4 – This is the number associated with stability, work and career. When you see this number it is often a warning about your career situation or finances.

5 – Associated with adventure, excitement and higher consciousness, it can be a sign that good times are on their way. This is usually to alert someone about a possible change happening in their life. Big or small, this is the most alarming number to see because it’s always so persistent and repetitive.

6 – This number represents everything connected with home, including family ties and responsibilities. Seeing this number repeatedly could mean it's time to take care of your health by visiting the doctor or performing other health related tasks.

7 – This is a sign that you are in alignment with your spiritual purpose, for 7 is the number of Spirit. Opportunities to align with divine purpose will open up to you. This could be a sign to embrace the opportunity for solitude because it will bring growth.

8 – The number of abundance and material prosperity, the angels are sending you guidance on how you can attract that abundance while achieving your deeper spiritual purpose.

9 – This is the number of the accomplishment of your soul’s deeper purpose. It is a sign from source that it is time to start your real work.

11 – This master number is a sign that you should listen to your deeper intuitions. You may be about to meet someone whose high energy will raise your vibration to new heights!

22 – This is the number of the Master Builder telling you that you have the ability to make your dreams into reality.

Sugar says: I recommend writing down angel numbers you see daily in a journal or even in your notes app. It's important to not only decode what you see, but also recognize patterns so when you see the same numbers constantly you already know what they mean! Take what resonates always and don’t force it. If a meaning you find doesn’t make sense, it most likely isn’t relevant to you. Share your meanings with other people because they could resonate for them as well. Don’t be so pressed to spot angel numbers as you see them when you’re meant to. Use angel numbers as a way to foster and improve communication and connection to your spiritual team.
